We explored the lively souk, enjoyed activities like water skiing, and had peaceful evenings by the pool. The resort offered various fun activities throughout the week, perfect for group fun. For future guests, be prepared for some inconsistencies in service to set expectations.

Unfortunately, our room safe didn’t work the entire stay, making us uncomfortable about our valuables. We raised this issue multiple times, but no one resolved it.

Outdoor furniture quality excellent

i had a wonderful stay at bel azur for a couple of nights, which exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit in hammamet. the sea view from my room was spectacular, and the beach access made it easy to relax and unwind. the staff were friendly and the pool area was well-maintained, providing a perfect atmosphere for a getaway.

the wifi connection was unreliable.

Two pools sit side by side, offering stunning views that catch the sunrise, perfect for relaxation during the day. The on-site spa features a seawater pool, adding a unique touch for those looking to unwind.

Rooms lack maintenance, showing signs of wear with broken furniture, a noisy fridge, and an air conditioning system that barely works. Dining options are repetitive, with a limited menu that often serves food cold, and snack bars only offer paninis and chips, leading to boredom in meal choices. Cleanliness needs attention as reports of insects in rooms were common, along with a persistent sewer smell in parts of the hotel.

We had a fantastic family vacation! The hotel features amazing beaches and lovely pools, perfect for kids. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the variety of meals available. The gardens were beautiful, creating a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation.

My children wished there were more kid-friendly activities available outside pool hours.

The sea view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, allowing me to wake up to sparkling ocean waves every morning. I indulged in the most delicious meals, thanks to the talented chef who crafted an endless variety of exquisite dishes. Not to mention, the two stunning outdoor pools and access to the beach made every moment feel like a slice of paradise.

bel azur thalasso & bungalows has an excellent location close to cafes and shops. the beach was amazing and well arranged. the room was big with a nice partial sea view. the food was fantastic, thanks to the chef who welcomed everyone personally.

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular! Early check-in allowed us to start our holiday right away. The kids loved the delightful kids club, and Bashir’s thoughtful touches at dinner made every meal special. Don’t miss the chance to explore the local excursions, especially the El Jem Colosseum!

The beach access was superb, and the friendly bartender made our days by bringing drinks poolside. However, the food options were repetitive, particularly during breakfast.
